Joseph Kabila, president of the Democratic Republic of Congo, arrived Entebbe in Uganda on Thursday 12 May 2011 around 9 o'clock in the morning. Upon his arrival, he was welcomed by the Congolese Community living Uganda. Joseph Kabila, who came to witness the inauguration ceremony of President Yoweri Museveni, made his first official visit to the country since elected in 2006.
